| This fairly simple device was manufactured in Taiwanand aimed at customers who couldn't afford a genuine Marantz.

The base of the device is made of cardboard, and the casing is
made of a very moisture-sensitive and fragile chipboard covered in vinyl,
with a cheap-looking wooden design. The lettering is very poorly silk screened
and rubes  off easily. The electronic components are also of extremely inferior
quality and don't even come close to the quality of a genuine Marantz device.
