Whoever believes he can abuse pictures published on vintage-marantz.com to improve his eBay selling result will find himself within this gallery. Before you violate my copyright you should think about the fact  that this is a criminal act under international law, which is covered with severe penalties, especially when motivated by financial intentions. It is not only theft of my personal property. In particular, it is fraud to potential eBay buyers because you make them believe that you own the vintage Marantz unit shown on the picture you abuse, which you definitively don’t!

This is a seller I wouldn’t even buy from if you gave me the money!
.

This “Lady” (if you dial the number you will be connected to a man) is not only outrageous.
“She” is simply too stupid to steal the right picture for “her” overpriced Model 1550!
.

And again the same “Lady”!
.

It starts to get annoying!

This criminal seller from Spain refused to remove the picture he has stolen from
vintage-marantz.com I had to end his fraud by using the buy-it-now-option. He claimed
that it was his picture and relisted his sale so I had to end it again!
.
.

I asked this guy twice to remove my picture from his sale. He thought is was the best strategy to just ignore me.
I guess he might regret this today and it was definitely the last time he abused sombody else’s copyright!

This seller abused five pictures of my Model 1072 after cutting off the “vintage-marantz.com” inscription.
His excuse was funny: He got the pictures from a friend because he had no camera! It’s always the same...

Could you call somebody who steals pictures throughout the web to spice up his overpriced sales a “criminal”?
Especially in this case I would answer this question with a clear “yes!” This guy is not even ashamed to remove my copyright notice from my pictures and replace it with his own! Too bad eBay doesn’t do anything against such subjects!
